Staging is the vital process of glamorizing the look of any home by presenting it in an optimal light to maximize the selling price. It's a tool that is all about turning the home into a marketable product; the vehicle that transofrms a lived in home into a home that is ready to sell. These are two completely different things and the subtle differences translate directly into higher sales prices.
Today's average home sellers often have a preconceived notion of how their home should look versus how to highlight its positive features for a prospective buyer. Staging will take this out of the sales equation.
